Geert this is great information. I have a fear of driving that is not related to a specific location, when I get into a car, I’m scared, it’s that simple.

Thank You Geert: I have had a bad fear of driving in strange places and freeways also busy streets. Also driving in construction zones where the traffic merges inbetween the cones. I also cringe when those big eighteen wheelers are beside the vehicle even when someone else is driving. I would love to get rid of those terrible feelings and sometimes have made me dizzy or feel of dying. I will certainly get the book. I love your e-mails keep up the good work.
I agree its not really the situation your in at all its how you view it and panic attacks. At the moment im having panic attacks over anything and everything.

Thanks so much for that info……I used to drive everywhere and then something triggered my fear (not sure what)…have been driving just a little with husband beside me…but i will follow up the information you have sent………
